Ingredients

  • 60g coconut flakes
  • 280g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 150g white sugar
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 80ml vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 20g coconut flakes, roasted
  • 60g fulgi de nuca de cocos (va recomand fulgi pentru un gus mai intens, dar merge si nuca de cocos maruntita)
  • 280g faina alba, cernuta
  • 150g zahar alb
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 1 lingurita bicarbonat
  • ½ lingurita sare
  • 200ml lapte de cocos (de migdale sau de soia)
  • 80ml ulei vegetal cu gust neutru
  • 1 lingurita otet de mere
  • ½ lingurita extract de vanilie
  • 2 linguri lapte de cocos
  • 100g zahar pudra
  • 20g fulgi de cocos usor prajiti

Directions

  • Combine the coconut flakes and the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients and give it a quick mix just until incorporated.
  • Spoon the batter in a loaf cake pan lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 350F for 35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan then transfer on a platter.
  • Mix the coconut milk and sugar in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the cake with the glaze and top right away with coconut flakes.
  • Allow to set and serve right away.
  • Combinati ingredientele uscate intr-un bol.
  • Adaugati ingredientele umede si amestecati rapid cu o furculita sau lingura, doar pana la omogenizare.
  • Puneti aluatul intr-o tava de chec tapetata cu hartie de copt si coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C pentru 35-40 minute sau pana trece testul scobitorii.
  • Cand e gata, lasati sa se raceasca in tava apoi transferati pe o tava sau un platou.
  • Amestecati laptele de cocos cu zaharul pana obtineti o glazura groasa.
  • Turnati glazura peste chec si acoperiti cu fulgi de cocos.
  • Serviti imediat sau pastrati la frigider.
