Ingredients

• 8 bing cherries, pitted and halved
• 2oz vodka
• 1/2oz fresh lime juice
• Ginger beer
• Ice

Directions

• Add the cherries, lime juice and vodka to a copper mug. Muddle together until you have broken up the cherries.Fill the glass three-quarters of the way with ice. Fill with ginger beer and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately.
