• 20 drops Tangerine Essential Oil
• 20 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
• 20 drops Citrus Fresh Essential Oil

• 20 drops Endo Flex or Pine Essential Oil
• 21 Vegetable Capsules
• 1 Glass Jar
• Optional: 20 drops Lime Essential Oil
• 3 to 4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
• 3 to 4 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• 3 to 4 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil

Directions

• In a glass jar (I like one with a dropper) mix your essential oils
• Three times a day place 7 to 10 drops in a vegetable capsule.
• Swallow the capsule with water.
• In a capsule add 3 to 4 drops and take with water. You can also add this to your water and drink without placing it in a capsule
