Whiskey Fig Cocktail

• Produce

  • 1 Lemon, Juice from
  • 1 sprig Thyme

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Fig preserves
  • 2 tsp Honey

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 shots Your favorite whiskey - i used woodford reserve

Ingredients

• 3 shots of your favorite whiskey - I used Woodford Reserve
• 2 Tbls. fig preserves
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 2 tsp. honey
• 1 sprig of thyme
• pinch of cinnamon

Directions

• Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into one large or two small martini glasses, or if you prefer, a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with additional sprig of thyme and/or lemon peel.
