I LOVE soups. Wanted to use up a pound of Ground Turkey I had Browned and this was perfect! Right amount of spicy and packed full of flavor!

I made this from a freezer meal on the first very cold day. Topped it with the shredded cheese and it was delicious. Im going to toss in some pasta with the left over soup. Good to the last drop!

This was a hit. I love when my kids ask for more and they did with this one. We all come in at different times in the evening and it was nice to have this warm on the stove whenever they were ready to eat. Super easy! It only took me 5 minutes to throw this together.

Everyone in my house absolutely loved this soup, doubling the recipe next time for left overs!

This was easy to make and tasted good! I may add some fresh bell peppers next time. I like to "hide" veggies in my soups! :)

The whole family loved it - even my picky kids! Making a double batch next time because Ill bet its even better the 2nd day.

Me and my husband really enjoyed this recipe a must try recipe everyone.

The soup is AWESOME! However .... I believe the freezing prep directions should specifically say to omit sour cream until cook time! It should not be boiled

Ingredients

  • 1 (19-20 ounce) package lean ground turkey
  • ¼ cup Wahoo! Chili® Seasoning
  • 1½ teaspooons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mild fire-roasted green chiles
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans Great Northern or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, optional

Directions

  • In large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine turkey, Wahoo! Chili® Seasoning and Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning. Cook and crumble until no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes. Stir in chiles, beans and chicken broth. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; simmer 3-5 minutes. Top bowls of soup with cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings. Serve with assorted crackers. Make ahead & freeze: Combine step 1 ingredients in a quart freezer bag. Combine step 2 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
