  • Meat

    • 4 cups Turkey
  • Produce

    • 3/4 cup Celery
    • 1 tsp Garlic powder
    • 1/2 cup Onion
    • 1 Romain lettuce
    • 1/4 cup Strawberries or cranberries, dried
  • Condiments

    • 1 cup Mayo, homemade
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 tsp Sea salt

  • Combine all ingredients (except the lettuce) in a mixing bowl.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours, best to refrigerate overnight.
  • Scoop turkey salad onto lettuce, roll up, and enjoy!

If you follow my Instagram you may remember me purchasing 3 whole turkeys after Thanksgiving when they were on sale.  Cooking a whole turkey or chicken goes a long way and is especially helpful if you’re trying to prep lots of meals.  With our second round of Whole 30 starting this week my mind has been spinning with new recipe ideas.  For most people I think lunch is the hardest meal to prep so I thought I’d toss out this simple Whole30 Turkey Salad Wrap recipe.  This post contains affiliate links.  If you purchase something from this link, we could earn a small commission that helps support our blog.  This would be at no additional cost to you.
