Ingredients

• 4 parsnips
• 2 fuji apples
• 1-inch piece ginger root, plus more to taste
• 1-inch piece turmeric root
• Pinch of ground nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

• Push the ingredients through your juicer, and strain with a fine mesh sieve. Top with nutmeg, and enjoy.
