1 Cup Mayo
3 tsp rice wine vinegar
3 tsp white granulated sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
⅜ tbsp paprika
⅜ tbsp garlic powder

Directions

Whisk all ingredients until combined and then put place in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
I add like 3 tbsp of chicken broth/water to thin it out.
