Ingredients

• 1 (15 oz) container Cream of Coconut (found in the speciality drink section)
• ⅓ cup lime juice
• ¾ cup water

Directions

• In a bowl, whisk together the above ingredients until well blended.
• Freeze according to ice cream makers manufacturers instructions. Eat straight from the ice cream maker or freeze for a firmer consistency. Serves 4-6.
