Ingredients

• 1 8oz package soft cream cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 9 oz (or so) green olives with pimentos, chopped.(Look for the Olives from Spain logo to ensure high quality)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 14 oz can of black olives, chopped (Look for the Olives from Spain logo to ensure high quality)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
• 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
• about 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 4 oz (about) crumbled goat cheese (optional)
• loaf of crusty bread, sliced and toasted.
• salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

• With a fork mix the cream cheese and mayo together. Stir in olives and any other ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour.
• Mix all ingredients together. Pile about 1-2 tablespoons of the veggies on your toasted bread. Bake in 375 oven for about 15 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the veggies are hot (this time will vary so watch it!)
