• Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a nonstick baking mat.
• Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut into 1 1/2 pieces.
• In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise and chicken pieces. Mix to coat and set aside.
• Place Doritos into a large ziploc bag and seal shut. Use a rolling pin or bottle to smush the chips to small bits.
• Roll the chicken pieces in crushed Doritos to coat. Then place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
