Description
This recipe got my attention because of the "3 minute" title. Although its true that this is a very simple, straight forward recipe there are a couple of ingredients missing, in my opinion. In other no bake recipes peanut butter and vanilla are listed and quite frankly after tasting this one I realized that those two ingredients DO matter. These cookies will satisfy a sweet tooth, but they are not "like mom used to make".
This recipe is great. just like my grandmother made. Perfect every time if the right ingredients are used and you follow the instructions.
My mother made them and they are so easy to make. Ive got my grandchildren loving them as much as I do.
Just as I remembered them to be when I made them for my kids...aaaawesome!
Do you cool the mixture first before adding old fashioned oats?
Love making these with my kids! We have so much fun!!!
The taste and texture was nothing like my usual no bakes. They were sticky and gross...sad teenagers.
Love this recipe only thing in do differently is add a tsp of vinalla flavoring and a few tablespoons peanut butter because that what my mother always done and they taste perfect!
