- 1/2 cup Almond breeze almondmilk coconutmilk blend

Ingredients

3 bananas, cut into rounds
½ cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk blend
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
salt to taste
peanut butter cups, chopped up

Directions

Whisk the cocoa powder with the coconut oil. Blend the bananas, almond milk, cocoa mixture, and a pinch of salt until very smooth. Stir in the peanut butter cups and transfer to a 9x5 loaf pan.
Cover and freeze until solid.
Just before serving, microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften. Scoop out and serve!

Serves: 3-4 servings
