  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spiralize the veggies and accessorize the vinaigrette on the salad or use it as a dip, enjoy.
  • Garnish your salad with some Chia seeds if you like.
