  • Canned Goods

    • 2 15g scoops Protein powder
  • Condiments

    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    • 1/2 cup Peanut butter, natural
  • Pasta & Grains

    • 2/3 cup Oats
  • Baking & Spices

    • 2 tbsp Coconut or rapadura sugar
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ⅔ cup oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut or rapadura sugar*
  • Optional: 30g scoop protein powder

Directions

  • Place the raspberries and lemon juice in a small saucepan and heat over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally and breaking down the raspberries until softened and jam-like - about 10 minutes. Stir in chia seeds and set aside to cool.
  • Place remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined. Mixture will be crumbly but should hold together when pinched.
  • Ripple through the jam and place the mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  • Using your hands, roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Repeat until all the mixture has been used.
  • Keep in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
