Ingredients

  • Refrigerated

    • 3 Eggs
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 100 g Sesame seeds
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 100 g Almonds
    • 100 g Hazelnuts
    • 100 g Linseed
    • 100 g Pumpkin seeds
  • Other

    • 100 g Rams of sunflower kernels

  • 100 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 100 grams of sunflower kernels
  • 100 grams of almonds
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts
  • 100 grams of linseed
  • 100 grams of sesame seeds
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
  • In a large bowl combine all the seeds and nuts, stirring well. Whisk the eggs, oil and mix very well until everything is completely soaked.
  • Transfer to a loaf tin and bake in the oven on the middle rack, for 30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing (important, be patient! youll destroy the bread if you dont wait).
  • Store bread in a tightly sealed container for up to one week.
