Ingredients

• 3 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 long strips
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 4 large garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
• 3 tablespoons dried parsley
• 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
• 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Place boneless chicken strips in 2 quart casserole dish
• Separately, in small bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, herbs and breadcrumbs.
• Pour olive oil mixture over chicken strips.
• Bake at 350° uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring once after 15 minutes.
• Serve over angel hair pasta.
