Ingredients

• 24 oz White Melting Chocolate
• 16 oz Macadamia Nuts
• Christmas sprinkles (optional)

Directions

• Pour nuts in the bottom of your Crock-Pot® slow cooker then cover with ehite melting chocolate.
• Cook on low for 1 hour.
• After an hour stir candy mixture, if the chocolate has melted you can go on to the next step, if its not quite melted, continue cooking on low in 15 minute increments until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
• Once the chocolate is fully melted, turn off the Crock-Pot® and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silpat liners.
• Spoon out the candy mixture (approx 1 tbsp) onto the lined cookie sheets
• Add sprinkles if desired
• Allow candy to site for 30-60 minutes until completely hard.
• Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks
