Ingredients

0.5 oz Lemon Sour Mix (non-alcoholic)
0.5 oz. Cran-Raspberry Juice
3 oz. Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic)
Honeycrisp Apples, sliced thin
Ice Cubes

Directions

In a cocktail shaker add non-alcoholic whiskey sour mix, cran-raspberry juice, and ice cubes.
Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake until the cows come home for 25-30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Top off with ginger beer.
Garnish with thin slices of Honeycrisp apples.
Serve.
