Ingredients

  • ⅓ c. oat flour*
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
  • Dash salt
  • -
  • ¼ c. egg whites
  • 2 T Greek yogurt**
  • 2 T. water
  • ½ c. chopped apple

Directions

  • Whisk the dry ingredients.
  • Add the egg whites, Greek yogurt, and water and mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped apple.
  • Bake the batter in a greased waffle iron. When the waffle is done, top with low-fat cottage cheese and some sugar-free syrup and enjoy!
