    • 1 Peanut butter, smooth
    • 1 Soy sauce, low sodium
    • 1 Sriracha chili sauce

    • 1 Rice wine vinegar

  • chopped napa cabbage
  • chopped red cabbage
  • carrots, peeled and grated
  • broccoli stem, peeled and grated
  • green onions, thinly sliced
  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • diced chicken breast, roasted
  • smooth peanut butter
  • rice wine vinegar
  • low-sodium soy sauce
  • brown sugar
  • Sriracha chili sauce
  • garlic clove, pressed
  • if needed to thin

Directions

  • For the dressing - add peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sriracha and garlic to a food processor and blend until well combined.  Add water to your desired thickness. For the salad - combine cabbages, carrots, broccoli, green onion ,cilantro and chicken.  Cover and refrigerate the salad and the dressing separately.  Toss in the dressing right before serving.   Note: Nutrition facts reflect 4 serving option.
