    • 1 Avocado or a half of big avocado, small
    • 1 Banana
    • 1/2 cup Grapes, green seedless
    • 1 Pear
    • 1 1/2 cup Spinach, tightly packed
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Liquids

    • 400 ml Water, filtered

  • 1½ cup of spinach (tightly packed)
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 400 ml of filtered water
  • 1 small avocado or a half of big avocado
  • 1 pear
  • ½ cup of green seedless grapes
  • 1 banana

Directions

  • Add spinach, chia seeds and water to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add avocado, pear, grapes and banana to the blender and blend again until smooth.
  • If you prefer to blend in one go add all ingredients to the blender and blend very well until super smooth and chia seeds are nicely blended and there are no bits floating in the smoothie.
  • Serves: 2 glasses
