    • 2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp Maca powder
    • 1 pinch Sea salt
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
    • 3 tbsp Coconut, unsweetened
    • 1 tbsp Flax seed
    • 1 tbsp Walnuts

  • 2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 large carrots, chopped into small chunks
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T maca powder (optional)
  • 3 T shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1 T chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately!

  I was feeling really overwhelmed today. Not from one thing in particular, a handful of things to be honest, and none taking major priority over another. I was in a place I didn’t like and yet, I was unable to really get out of it. Then tonight, I sat in church and heard the thing I probably needed to hear more than anything. Three words shifted everything for me tonight. What were they? “Say thank you.”  That’s it. So small and so simple, but so what I needed to hear tonight. Today I was so wrapped up in myself, my issues, my hardships, my stresses that everything else was on the back burner. And yet the push for gratitude is what I needed to hear.  So I am stressed. So I am overwhelmed. So I am busy. Who isn’t?! And when I give all of my energy to focusing on these things, I have no time or focus for the things that are actually blessings in my life.  So I sat there and I shifted–quickly.
