Ingredients

• 1 can (16 oz each) Jumbo Biscuits, quartered
• 2-1/2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 1 can (14.5 oz each) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
• ½ c Bacon, cooked & diced
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 1 c Cheddar Cheese
• Ranch dressing (as much as you like!)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish and set aside.
• In a bowl combine chicken, biscuits, undrained tomatoes, bacon, and cream cheese.
• Place mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
• Add cheddar cheese and continue to bake until cheese has melted and biscuits are golden brown.
• Drizzle with Ranch dressing before serving.
