Description

This Baileys Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini is THE fall cocktail to serve at Halloween and Thanksgiving this year. It tastes just like a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but better and with booze!

Directions

Mix the demerara sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Wet the rims of your martini glasses and dip the rims in the sugar mix to coat. Set glasses aside.
Add 6 ice cubes plus the cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Give it 5 shakes to combine and chill, then immediately strain into your glasses.
Serve with a cinnamon stick.
