Ingredients

• 1 8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Brick, softened
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
• ¼ cup chives, chopped
• ¼ cup lemon juice

Directions

• In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the garlic and lemon juice.
• Add the salmon and the chives and, with the help of a spoon, mix for 1 minute or until everything is well incorporated.
• Serve with bread and crudités.
