Baked brie with strawberries and rosemary

  • 1 tsp Rosemary, Fresh
  • 4 oz Strawberries, fresh

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Smucker's fruit & honey strawberry jalapeno fruit spread

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tsp Almonds, toasted

  • 16 Wasa multigrain crackers

  • 1 Brie wheel

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with shelf rack in the center
• To a medium saucepan over medium low heat add the strawberries, fruit spread and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.
• Add the brie wheel to a parchment lined baking sheet.
• Bake the brie for 10 minutes until soft to the touch.
• Remove the brie from the oven and top with the strawberry sauce garnished with slivered almonds and serve with Wasa multigrain crackers.
