  • ⅓ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • ½ Banana, aprox. 50 gr
  • optional, maple syrup or honey
  • almonds, grated chocolate and fresh coconut, for decoration

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients in a jar.
  • Put on the lid and shake well, until combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, add the desired topping, in this case almonds,, fresh coconut and grated chocolate.
