Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (about 1 c. mashed)
  • 1 c. almond, peanut, or sun butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 t. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1 T. coconut oil
  • 1/4 c. nut butter
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 2 T. honey

Directions

  • Preheat a donut maker (I use this one).
  • Using a hand beater or a fork, combine all everything in a bowl.
  • Spoon about 3 tablespoonfuls of batter into heated donut maker.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and cool before icing.
  • Soften coconut oil over low heat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Dip cooled donuts into icing and serve.
