    • 1/2 Lemon, organic

    • 2 cups Purified water

    • 1 tsp Chamomile

  • 2 cups purified water
  • 1 tsp chamomile
  • 2 inch ginger piece, cut in cubes
  • ½ organic lemon, cut in slices

Directions

  • Add water into a kettle and bring to boil. Add the ginger pieces, simmer for one minute then add the chamomile and lemon slices, remove from the heat, cover and let infuse for five minutes.
  • Strain and serve warm.
