Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika, more for sprinkling
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon milk

Directions

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and put into a bowl. Set egg whites aside.
  • In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, parsley, chives, mustard, dill weed, salt, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well with a small spatula.
  • Add milk, stirring to incorporate.
  • Evenly fill cavities of eggs white with yolk mixture.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serves: 12
