Ingredients

• 4 Cups Almond Flour
• 11 Tbsp Butter
• 3 Eggs
• 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 1 1/3 Cup Erythritol (powdered)
• 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
• 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tsp Liquid Stevia
• 1 Tsp Cinnamon
• Dash of Salt
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Vanilla)
• 1 Tsp Liquid Stevia
• 8 Tbsp Butter
• 1/4 Cup Erythritol
• 1 small scooper Stevia
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 3 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350
• Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined
• Grease a bundt pan with coconut oil
• Cook for 50 - 60 minutes until golden brown (clean toothpick test)
• Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
• Allow cream cheese to get to room temperature
• Mix all ingredients together and pour over cake (once cooled)
• In a saucepan mix all ingredients until melted (the butter and the cinnamon sugar mixture will separate)
• Once the glaze is ready use a spoon over cream cheese to decorate your coffee cake with cinnamon glaze.
• It will be more like a goo than a glaze, but it is delicious
• Drizzle butter from glaze over cake lighty.
