  • ¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1½ cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
  • 1½ cups almond milk or milk of your choice

Directions

  • Place the oats in your blender and pulse until coarsely ground. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
