Blueberry Sponge Cake in a Mug

  • 2 tbsp Blueberries

  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 drops Vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter - softened
• 1/2 egg - beaten (or use 2 tablespoons apple sauce)
• 2 drops vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons blueberries

Directions

• Mix all ingredients together in a mug, being gentle not to crush the blueberries. Put in microwave for 60-80 seconds, checking to see when it becomes cake like. Pour a little sugar on top. Eat directly out of mug. Enjoy!
