• 1 Tbsp garlic, i use 1 1/2
• 1 Tbsp onion powder
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp white pepper
