Ingredients

• 1 cup + 2 tablespoons warm milk
• 3 tablespoons olive (or vegetable) oil
• 1 egg + 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups flour (Ive used both all-purpose and white whole wheat)
• 3 teaspoons yeast
• 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 teaspoon milk (may need a little more)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions

• Place the ingredients for the dough in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer and use the Dough setting (about 90 minutes).
• Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter, and spread on the dough. Roll up the dough and cut into 16 pieces, and place in 2 greased 9-in pie pans. Cover and place in fridge overnight if needed.
• Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, then spread with the icing as soon as it comes out of the oven.
