• Baking & Spices

  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 Cranks of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground

• Dairy

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 heaping cup Gouda cheese, regular
  • 1 cup Half and half or heavy cream
