Brownie Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 box (18 oz) milk chocolate brownie mix
• 3 large eggs
• 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
• 1 cup mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
• 1 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips (reserve 1/4 cup for topping)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray parchment paper with cooking spray.
• In a mixing bowl combine the brownie mix (DO NOT prepare brownie mix with the ingredients called for. Only use the dry brownie mix), eggs, oil, and mashed banana. Stir together until combined well.
• Add in about 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Stir.
• Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips over top.
• Bake for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out with moist/dry crumbs.
• Let cool for 15 minutes in the pan and then let cool completely on a cooling rack.
