Brownie Bark

  • 1 Land o lakes egg, large

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 oz Baking chocolate, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

• Drinks

  • 1/2 tsp Espresso, powder

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Land o lakes butter

• Desserts

  • 3 oz Vanilla-flavored candy coating

• Other

  • Holiday sprinkles or decor, as desired

Directions

• Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, espresso powder, salt, and vanilla until well combined. Add egg; stir vigorously until well mixed. Add flour; stir vigorously until flour is well combined and mixture is glossy. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 16-19 minutes or until surface is dry to the touch. Remove parchment or foil with bark onto cutting board. While bark is hot, cut into 3-inch triangles.Stir melted almond bark and peppermint extract together in small bowl. Drizzle over brownie bark. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles or decor. Cool completely.
