Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups Peanut butter, creamy
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 Melting chocolate
    • 2 cups Powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

    • 1 stick Butter

    • 1 Wax paper

  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick of butter (can use margarine)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Melting chocolate
  • Toothpicks
  • Wax paper

Directions

  • Mix the melted butter and peanut butter together and mix well.
  • Slowly add in powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until incorporated and a nice soft texture and doesnt stick to your hands. If its not the right consistency you can add a little more powdered sugar to the mix.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place on waxed paper.
  • When all the balls are formed, stick a toothpick in the center of each ball.
  • Place the peanut butter balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the chocolate melting chocolate using your microwave or double boiler
  • Holding the toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, leaving the top part of the ball showing of peanut butter.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
