Potato wedges are basted with a Buffalo-style sauce while they cook and served with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Directions

  • Heat a charcoal or gas grill, or oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the butter, vinegar, hot sauce, and salt in a shallow bowl. Cut each potato into 4 wedges and dry with a paper towel. Dip each wedge into the hot sauce to coat thoroughly. Grill the potatoes 4-6 inches from the heat for 25 to 35 minutes, or bake in the oven at 350 degrees F on a baking sheet for 30 minutes. Brush the potato wedges occasionally with the remaining hot sauce mixture. Turn as needed to cook evenly. Serve the potato wedges with the blue cheese dressing for dipping.
