Butterfinger Cookies and Cream Popcorn

  • 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 8 cups Popped popcorn

  • 1 cup Butterfinger baking bits
  • 2 cups Marshmallows, mini

Directions

• Divide the popcorn and marshmallows evenly into two large bowls.
• Melt half the melting chocolate according to the package directions. Pour over the popcorn in one bowl. Stir until completely melted. Spoon into a large Ziplock bag and sprinkle the Butterfinger baking bits on top. Close and shake until completely covered. Pour out onto a wax paper lined tray and let set.
• Repeat with the remaining chocolate, popcorn, and Oreo crumbs. Pour onto another wax paper lined tray.
• Break apart each tray of popcorn and place in a large bowl or bag. Keep tightly sealed. Makes about 10 cups popcorn.
