Buttermilk Pancake Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 2 cups pancake mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1½ cups butter
• 2½ cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon maple extract
• 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

• Mix pancake mix and milk together then place 3 tablespoons of batter into each cupcake liner (in a cupcake pan)
• Bake them at 325° for 13 min.
• Beat butter, sugar, extract and milk blend until smooth and creamy.
• Place frosting in piping bag and swirl onto cooled cupcakes.
• Drizzle maple syrup over frosting and add bacon for an extra special cupcake
