Cake Batter Popcorn

  • 3 tbsp Rainbow sprinkles

  • 8 cups Popped popcorn
  • 10 oz White chocolate chips or wafers

Ingredients

• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 10 ounces white chocolate chips or wafers
• ¼ cup dry yellow cake mix
• 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Directions

• Line two baking pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
• Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
• In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 15-20 seconds so it doesnt burn.
• Pour white chocolate and cake mix over popcorn and stir gently until fully combined.
• Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
• Pour popcorn onto lined baking pans and let set until hardened.
• Once popcorn is set, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
