Campfire Beer Cheese Dip

  • 1 8 oz package Cream cheese

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 cup Beer

Ingredients

• 8 oz package cream cheese
• 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• 2 Green Onions(chopped)
• 1 cup of Beer(we used a dark beer)
• Pretzel Bread, Pretzels or Chips for serving

Directions

• In a small tin foil pan mix all ingredients
• Cover with aluminum foil
• Place over hot coals for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted
• Stir well & serve
