• crushed John Wm. Macys CheeseSticks Java Cinnamon SweetSticks
• sliced apples

Directions

• Combine cream cheese and ½ of the caramel sauce in mixing bowl; beat until well-blended.
• Fold ½ cup of crushed John Wm. Macys CheeseSticks Java Cinnamon SweetSticks into cream cheese mixture.
• Spoon cream cheese mixture into round glass serving bowl. Cover cream cheese with remaining caramel.
• Sprinkle caramel with crushed John Wm. Macys Java Cinnamon SweetSticks.
• Serve immediately with sliced apples or John Wm. Macys SweetSticks.
