Cheeseburger Meatballs

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef

• Refrigerated

  • 1 Egg

• Canned Goods

  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Relish, sweet
  • 1 Thousand island dressing
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs

• Dairy

  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese

Ingredients

• 1½ lb. ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 package (2 oz.) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 3 T. ketchup
• 1 T. dijon mustard
• 3 T. sweet relish
• ½ c. bread crumbs
• 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 T. worcestershire sauce
• Thousand Island dressing for dipping

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 400º.
• Add all the ingredients except the dressing to a large bowl and mix well.
• Roll into meatballs roughly the size of a golf ball. You can use a 1½ T. scoop to make them even.
• Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
• Serve with thousand Island dressing for dipping.
