Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

Ingredients

• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 1 stick of salted butter
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1/2 cup local blend baking mix (or sub THM baking mix)
• 1/4 cup THM gentle sweet (or my copycat)
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup gentle sweet (or my version)
• 1 egg

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x6 glass baking dish (you can use an 8x8 but the brownies will be a bit thinner than mine).
• Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (or on top of a double boiler). Add the butter and stir until that is melted. Add thenbaking mix, sweetener, and eggs and stir until completely incorporated. Spread in the baking dish. Set aside.
• Make the cheesecake swirl by mixing the ingredients until smooth with a whisk or electric mixer. Drop spoonfuls on top of the brownies and swirl gently. Bake for 25-30 min or until the middle is set and the edges are golden brown.
