Description

Ingredients

• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
• 1 cup of beef stock
• 1/4 cup of steak sauce
• sliced Provolone cheese
• buns

Directions

• Brown ground beef in large skillet for about 5 minutes or so, then add onion, peppers, and mushrooms and cook until tender. Drain. Stir in beef stock and steak sauce and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes on medium heat. Slightly melt the cheese on the inside top half of each bun in a toaster or oven. Scoop the beef mixture on the bottom half of each bun and top with the cheesy toasted bun. Enjoy!
