Cheesy Bacon Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

• 2 cups Cache Valley Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 1/2 cups mayo
• 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 1/2 cup real bacon bits
• 1/2 cup diced green onions

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour ingredients into a shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly in center.
• Enjoy hot with crackers or bread.
